Bobby Weinberg

Bobby serves as Partner at Incentivest Capital, LLC, where he is responsible for the strategic vision of the company, investment sourcing, partnership structuring, and managing investor relations. With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in finance and investments, Bobby's expertise encompasses the structuring of debt and equity for commercial real estate partnerships, as well as personal investments spanning private and public equities across various asset classes. ​ Prior to co-founding Incentivest, Bobby served as a Managing Director at NorthMarq Capital's Dallas Office, amassing more than 13 years of capital market experience. During his tenure, he advised clients on diverse financial strategies, including joint venture equity arrangements, structured finance solutions, and core debt initiatives. ​ In addition to his professional achievements, Bobby is a seasoned investor with a penchant for identifying people and opportunities. He has personally invested in a portfolio of over 25 private equity partnerships, with a significant focus on multifamily investments exceeding $500 million in asset value. ​ Outside the realm of finance, Bobby cherishes his role as a husband, father of three, and member of his family. He attributes much of his success to the unwavering support he receives from his loved ones. ​ Bobby earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from TCU.
