Craig Falwell

Craig serves as Partner at Incentivest Capital, LLC, where he is responsible for the strategic vision of the company, investment sourcing, partnership structuring, and managing investor relations. Prior to co-founding Incentivest, Craig was a director at Paravest Capital, LLC, a Dallas based private equity real estate firm for six years. At Paravest, Craig developed a technology infrastructure and led investor relations, securing over 125mm in equity. Additionally, he served as a liaison between investors and sponsor partners for projects in excess of 600mm. Craig has over 25 years of total experience, including developing and marketing residential and commercial real estate in Colorado for close to 10 years. During this time he raised equity and debt from institutions and individuals, while overseeing all business operations for the projects. Prior to his experience in Colorado, he enjoyed working in the non-profit sector, traveling and leading teams in over 35 countries focusing on fund raising, project management, donor communications and technology. Craig is an active equity market participant, trading long-term systematic strategies he developed, and has worked in various family holdings spanning utilities, real estate, restaurants and aviation. Craig received a BBA from the College of William and Mary and his MBA from Regent University. He holds a commercial pilot license and enjoys flying whenever possible. He is a runner, completing marathons on all seven continents, and lives in Dallas with his wife and daughter.
