Craig serves as Partner at Incentivest Capital, LLC, where he is responsible for the strategic vision of the company, investment sourcing, partnership structuring, and managing investor relations. Prior to co-founding Incentivest, Craig was a director at Paravest Capital, LLC, a Dallas based private equity real estate firm for six years. At Paravest, Craig developed a technology infrastructure and led investor relations, securing over 125mm in equity. Additionally, he served as a liaison between investors and sponsor partners for projects in excess of 600mm. Craig has over 25 years of total experience, including developing and marketing residential and commercial real estate in Colorado for close to 10 years. During this time he raised equity and debt from institutions and individuals, while overseeing all business operations for the projects. Prior to his experience in Colorado, he enjoyed working in the non-profit sector, traveling and leading teams in over 35 countries focusing on fund raising, project management, donor communications and technology. Craig is an active equity market participant, trading long-term systematic strategies he developed, and has worked in various family holdings spanning utilities, real estate, restaurants and aviation. Craig received a BBA from the College of William and Mary and his MBA from Regent University. He holds a commercial pilot license and enjoys flying whenever possible. He is a runner, completing marathons on six of the seven continents, and lives in Dallas with his wife and daughter.
David serves as Partner at Incentivest Capital, LLC and is responsible for the strategic vision of the company, investment sourcing, and investor capital raising. David has more than 35 years of experience in real estate, which includes personal investments, capital structure, finance, acquisition, asset management and real estate valuation. Prior to co-founding Incentivest, David was Co-Founder of Paravest Capital, LLC. During his eight (8) year tenure, he served as a Co-Managing Principal and was responsible for the strategic vision of the company, investment sourcing, investor capital raising and asset management oversight. In addition to the above, David was responsible for all underwriting, partnership negotiations, closing acquisitions, asset management oversight, and distributions, as well as the overall day-to-day financial operations of the firm. During his tenure, the company placed approximately $161MM in 25 LP investments. Thirteen (13) of these investments have since been sold resulting in a net IRR to investors of approximately 18.56% and a net multiple of approximately 1.70x over a 3.22-year average hold period. Prior to Paravest, David was a partner at Phoenix Capital Partners, a private equity real estate investment company in Dallas, Texas. During his 15-year tenure, he served as its Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for closing approximately 150 acquisitions, underwriting and partnership negotiations, as well as the overall day-to-day financial operations of the firm. Prior to joining Phoenix, David was a commercial real estate appraiser for nine years. David graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate. Mr. Heath has held the Appraisal Institutes MAI designation, a State of Texas appraisal license and a State of Texas real estate license.
Bobby serves as Partner at Incentivest Capital, LLC, where he is responsible for the strategic vision of the company, investment sourcing, partnership structuring, and managing investor relations. With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in finance and investments, Bobby's expertise encompasses the structuring of debt and equity for commercial real estate partnerships, as well as personal investments spanning private and public equities across various asset classes. Prior to co-founding Incentivest, Bobby served as a Managing Director at NorthMarq Capital's Dallas Office, amassing more than 13 years of capital market experience. During his tenure, he advised clients on diverse financial strategies, including joint venture equity arrangements, structured finance solutions, and core debt initiatives. In addition to his professional achievements, Bobby is a seasoned investor with a penchant for identifying people and opportunities. He has personally invested in a portfolio of over 25 private equity partnerships, with a significant focus on multifamily investments exceeding $500 million in asset value. Outside the realm of finance, Bobby cherishes his role as a husband, father of three, and member of his family. He attributes much of his success to the unwavering support he receives from his loved ones. Bobby earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from TCU.
