To address this need, Incentivest Capital’s Multifamily Fund will serve as a dedicated platform for capitalizing opportunities by facilitating the rapid execution of multiple transactions within a constrained timeframe. This becomes near impossible when we operate on a deal-by­-deal capital raise. Time will be critical for the successful execution of transactions.
